Highmark Leadership
The creative mind and talent behind Highmark Construction, is its Founder, Mark Jefferson Valerio, is an Architect, Entrepreneur and creatively leading voice based out of Metro Manila, Philippines. His passion for diversified design and innovative construction was present from a young age, leading him to pursue and complete a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Within a year of graduating from Technological University of the Philippines, Mr. Valerio became the Head of Design of an interdisciplinary design and architecture studio, Expo Manila Design Corp; and became the Lead Project Manager at Conex Construction and Development Corp; where he explored, mastered, and nurtured his passion for high-end private residential and commercial design.
Mr. Valerio now looks to act as a creative agent of change, building trust using his platforms, environmental advocacy and notoriety to amplify the creative minority voice and beckon for community empowerment.
